De Karl-Lehr-Brücke is een verkeersbrug over de Ruhr bij rivierkilometer 1,934. Het is de laatste brug over de rivier vóór de monding in de Rijn en verbindt de stadsdelen Kaßlerfeld en Ruhrort in Duisburg. De brug is vernoemd naar de Duisburgse burgemeester Karl Lehr, die zich heeft ingezet voor de uitbreiding van de Duisburg-Ruhrorter havens tot een wereldberoemde binnenhaven en de aansluiting van de voormalige zelfstandige steden Ruhrort en Meiderich op Duisburg. Over de Karl-Lehr-Brücke loopt de provinciale weg 140 en de tramlijn 901 van de Duisburgse vervoersmaatschappij.
