El Parque Beethoven, uno de los numerosos espacios verdes que se crearon en la ciudad de Colonia en la década de 1920, es un parque paisajístico mayormente natural con un jardín especial adjunto.
El parque, que hoy tiene 40,4 hectáreas, se encuentra en el suroeste de Colonia, en el distrito de Sülz. Se extiende entre la Avenida Neuenhöfer al norte, la Calle Berrenrather al este y la Calle Castellauner o la zona de jardines de Sülz al oeste. Al sur, más allá del anillo militar, el parque se convierte en el cinturón verde exterior.
