El Club Seglerhaus am Wannsee es un club de vela berlinés situado en Wannsee. Este club con tradición es el segundo club de vela más antiguo de Alemania.
El club fue fundado el 6 de octubre de 1867 por 14 miembros con 8 barcos bajo la dirección del capitán Markgraf como “Sociedad de los navegantes unidos de Unterhavel”. Es el segundo club de vela alemán más antiguo, después del club de vela Rhe, fundado en Königsberg en ese momento. Con la fundación de la colonia Alsen en el suroeste, justo afuera de Berlín, el posterior lugar de Wannsee, muchas de sus yates anclaron en la gran bahía de Wannsee. En 1881 se adquirió un terreno acuático de 2600 m² en la colonia y se construyó la primera casa del club, que todavía existe y que, tras diversas ampliaciones y remodelaciones, ahora está protegida como monumento y se utiliza como casa de astillero y de juventud. Con la adquisición del terreno, la “Sociedad de los navegantes unidos de Unterhavel” se disolvió y se fundó una nueva sociedad con el nombre “Club Seglerhaus am Wannsee”, abreviado VSaW.
