L'associazione Seglerhaus am Wannsee è un club velico berlinese situato al Wannsee. Il club, ricco di tradizione, è il secondo club velico più antico di Germania.
L'associazione è stata fondata il 6 ottobre 1867 da 14 membri con 8 barche sotto la guida del capitano Markgraf come "Società dei velisti uniti dell Unterhavel". È il secondo club velico tedesco dopo il club velico Rhe, fondato all'epoca a Königsberg. Con la fondazione della colonia Alsen nel sud-ovest, davanti ai cancelli di Berlino, l'attuale località di Wannsee, molte delle sue yacht ancorarono nella grande baia del Wannsee. Nel 1881 fu acquistato un terreno acquatico di 2600 m² nella colonia e fu costruito il primo clubhouse, che esiste ancora e, dopo vari lavori di ristrutturazione e ampliamento, è oggi sotto tutela monumentale e utilizzato come cantiere navale e casa per i giovani. Con l'acquisto del terreno, la "Società dei velisti uniti dell Unterhavel" si sciolse e fu fondata una nuova società con il nome "Verein Seglerhaus am Wannsee" – abbreviata in VSaW – .
