El Rotes Rathaus es el ayuntamiento de Berlín, localizado en la Rathausstraße en el distrito de Mitte. Es la sede del alcalde regente y del gobierno del estado federado de Berlín. El nombre de este edificio histórico data de su fachada hecha con ladrillos rojos.
El ayuntamiento fue construido entre 1861 y 1869 al estilo del Renacimiento del norte de Italia por el arquitecto Hermann Friedrich Waesemann. La arquitectura de la torre se inspiró en el modelo de las torres de la Catedral de Laon en Francia. Este edificio sustituyó a varias edificaciones procedentes de la Edad Media, por lo cual ocupa una manzana entera.
