La Nueva Cancillería del Reich en la Voßstraße de Berlín fue construida entre 1934 y 1943 bajo Adolf Hitler según los planes de Albert Speer como complemento de la antigua Cancillería del Reich y del edificio adicional construido entre 1928 y 1930 en la Wilhelmstraße.
Oficialmente, Hitler encargó el 11 de enero de 1938 al inspector general de construcción Albert Speer un nuevo edificio a lo largo de toda la Voßstraße, lo que corresponde a una fachada de 421 metros de longitud. Sin embargo, la planificación había comenzado ya en 1934, y a partir de 1935 se fueron comprando las 18 edificaciones de la calle una por una. El Palais Borsig, que también estaba en poder del Reich desde 1934, no fue demolido, sino que se integró en la nueva construcción. Los planes de construcción fueron realizados por Hans Peter Klinke.
