La antigua sanatorio de Grabowsee es un antiguo sanatorio para enfermedades pulmonares situado en el Grabowsee, en el distrito de Oberhavel en Brandeburgo. Fue el primer sanatorio para la tuberculosis pulmonar en el norte de Alemania y fue fundado en 1896 por la Cruz Roja Alemana. Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, se utilizó como hospital soviético desde 1945 hasta 1995. Hoy en día, el sitio es una popular locación para películas y fotografías.
El antiguo sanatorio para enfermedades pulmonares se encuentra a unos 30 km al norte de Berlín, en el municipio de Oranienburg. Del distrito de Friedrichsthal en Oranienburg lo separa el cercano canal Oder-Havel. El área de aproximadamente 34 hectáreas está rodeada de bosques en dos lados y se extiende hacia el sur y el oeste en el Grabowsee. La ruta ciclista Berlín-Copenhague pasa directamente por el sitio.
