La Sanatorio Grabowsee è un ex sanatorio polmonare situato presso il Grabowsee nel distretto di Oberhavel in Brandeburgo. È stato il primo sanatorio per la tubercolosi polmonare nel nord della Germania ed è stato fondato nel 1896 dalla Croce Rossa tedesca. Dopo la seconda guerra mondiale, è stato utilizzato come lazaretto sovietico dal 1945 al 1995. Oggi, il sito è una popolare scenografia per film e fotografie.
Il ex sanatorio polmonare si trova a circa 30 km a nord di Berlino, nel territorio comunale di Oranienburg. Dal quartiere di Friedrichsthal di Oranienburg è separato dal vicino canale Oder-Havel. L'area di circa 34 ettari è circondata da foresta su due lati e si affaccia a sud e ovest sul Grabowsee. La pista ciclabile Berlino-Copenaghen passa direttamente accanto al sito.
