El Centro de Tecnología y Emprendedores de Freital es un edificio en la calle Dresdner 172, esquina con Bahnhofstraße, en el barrio Döhlen de Freital, que representa tanto un parque tecnológico como un centro de emprendedores. Fue el primero de este tipo en Sajonia. El parque tiene como objetivo proporcionar a los emprendedores un espacio para fundar y operar su empresa. El edificio ofrece tanto oficinas como naves, por ejemplo, para producción o desarrollo.
El complejo fue diseñado por Eberhard Pfau. Los costos de construcción ascendieron a aproximadamente 24 millones de euros, de los cuales alrededor de 3 millones de euros fueron contribuidos por la propia ciudad. Está dividido en el centro de emprendedores con una superficie de 10,000 m² y el parque tecnológico de 22,000 m² en la calle Luther en Neudöhlen.
