El Wipper es un afluente de aproximadamente 92 km de longitud, que corre por la izquierda y el oeste, y es el afluente más largo de la Unstrut en el norte de Turingia, Alemania. El Wipper, incluidos los brazos antiguos de las localidades de Kannawurf y Kindelbrück, según la ley de aguas de Turingia, desde la bifurcación del Flutgraben en Worbis hasta su desembocadura en la Unstrut, pertenece a las aguas de primera categoría.
El Wipper sigue transportando sal del antiguo cultivo de potasa en la zona; se clasifica como "moderadamente contaminado" a lo largo de todo su recorrido. Esta carga salina se introduce controlada por aguas residuales salinas y a través del depósito de salmuera de Wipperdorf.
