La Rappbodetalsperre o Rappbode-Talsperre es un gran embalse en las Montañas Harz, en el municipio de Oberharz am Brocken en el distrito de Harz en Sajonia-Anhalt. Se encuentra entre las localidades de Hasselfelde, Tanne, Elbingerode y Thale.
El embalse represará el Rappbode con su presa de 106 m de altura, la más grande de Alemania. Con un volumen de 109.08 millones de m³, la Rappbodetalsperre es el mayor embalse en las Montañas Harz. La Rappbodetalsperre es el segundo embalse más grande de Alemania después de la Gran Dhüntalsperre.
