Le Rappbodetalsperre ou Rappbode-Talsperre est un grand réservoir dans les montagnes du Harz, dans la commune d'Oberharz am Brocken dans le district du Harz en Saxe-Anhalt. Il est situé entre les villes de Hasselfelde, Tanne, Elbingerode et Thale.
Le réservoir retient la Rappbode avec son barrage de 106 m de haut, le plus grand d'Allemagne. Avec un volume de 109,08 millions de m³, le Rappbodetalsperre est le plus grand réservoir des montagnes du Harz. Le Rappbodetalsperre est le deuxième plus grand réservoir d'Allemagne après le grand Dhüntalsperre.
