La casa Vorhelm es un castillo de agua y una antigua fortaleza en el borde norte de la aldea de Vorhelm, en la ciudad de Ahlen, en el distrito de Warendorf, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
La casa Vorhelm se formó con bastante seguridad en bienes de la Abadía de Überwasser en Münster, ya que su granja principal en Vorhelm ya está documentada en registros del siglo XI. Se supone que la familia Torck, la familia propietaria más antigua conocida, erigió la sede nobiliaria aún en el siglo XII, aunque solo se documenta en la casa Vorhelm en 1413. Esto se apoya en su presencia en la zona de Ahlen desde principios del siglo XIII. Tras la extinción de la familia Torck, la casa Vorhelm pasó a través de una rama de la familia von Westerholt a los barones Droste zu Vischering en 1715.
