Durante su viaje a Roma en 1654, la reina Cristina se alojó en la casa de Gerdt Werkampf e Ilse Erenstinck en la Koe Thor Straße (hoy Königstraße) en Minden. Los pisos superiores aún no existían. Sobre la puerta hay varias inscripciones: "An Gottes Segen ist alles gelegen" (La bendición de Dios lo es todo) y "Wer Gott Vortrauwet hat wol gebauet" (Quien confía en Dios ha construido bien) con el año 1644. En el medio los nombres de los residentes Gerdt Werkampf e Ilse Erenstinck.
