La iglesia católica romana de Santa Gertrudis es una basílica románica con galerías en la localidad de Morsbach, en el distrito de Oberberg en Renania del Norte-Westfalia, en la frontera con Renania-Palatinado. Pertenece a la comunidad parroquial de Morsbach – Friesenhagen – Wildbergerhütte.
La iglesia parroquial de Santa Gertrudis es el edificio más antiguo de la localidad de Morsbach. Una primera capilla fue construida alrededor del año 895, probablemente por misioneros del monasterio de Cassius en Bonn, en una cima rocosa. En 1131, el Papa Inocencio II confirmó al monasterio de Cassius en Bonn los derechos de propiedad sobre la iglesia.
