L’église catholique romaine de Sainte-Gertrude est une basilique romane située dans la commune de Morsbach, dans l’Oberbergischer Kreis de Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, à la frontière avec la Rhénanie-Palatinat. Il appartient à la communauté paroissiale de Morsbach – Friesenhagen – Wildbergerhütte.
L’église paroissiale de Sainte-Gertrud est le plus ancien bâtiment de la commune de Morsbach. Une première chapelle a été construite vers 895, probablement par des missionnaires du monastère de Cassius à Bonn sur un éperon rocheux. En 1131, le pape Innocent II confirma les droits de propriété de l’église au monastère de Cassius à Bonn.
