Este circuito forestal de 7 km a ambos lados de la frontera franco-alemana le llevará al encantador pueblo de Nothweiler (D). Magnífico punto de vista sobre las ruinas de los castillos de Loewenstein, Hohenbourg y Wegelnburg desde la roca del Kappelstein. En el camino, puede descubrir la mina de hierro de Nothweiler abierta de abril a octubre.
