Millanes o Millanes de la Mata, es un municipio español, en la provincia de Cáceres, Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura. Pertenece al partido judicial de Navalmoral de la Mata y a la mancomunidad del Campo Arañuelo.Se sitúa en un territorio bastante llano del Campo Arañuelo, comarca a la que pertenece, estando el municipio a 367 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Dista 112 kilómetros de la capital provincial.
