El hotel de lujo Arts, situado en primera linea de mar, cuenta con 600 habitaciones en sus 43 plantas. Se inauguró en el año 1994 y se ha convertido en uno de los hoteles y edificios más emblemáticos de la ciudad condal y se considera un ejemplo de la arquitectura de alta tecnología. La cadena Carlton-Ritz se encarga de la gestión del hotel. Al lado del edificio se erige la Torre Mapfre, de la misma altura del Hotel Arts. Dispone en su techo la pista de aterrizaje de helicópteros más alta de España.
