Het Hotel Arts is een 43 verdiepingen tellend, 600 kamers tellend luxe hotel aan de zeekant van Barcelona. In tegenstelling tot wat vaak wordt gedacht, is het niet gebouwd om de Zomer Olympische Spelen van 1992 te bedienen, hoewel de bouw onderdeel was van de grote veranderingen die de stad onderging ter voorbereiding op de Spelen. Het blijft een van de toonaangevende hotels van de stad. Het wordt geëxploiteerd door de gerenommeerde hotelketen Ritz-Carlton. De bouw werd voltooid in 1994 en het is een voorbeeld van structureel expressionistische architectuur. Naast het gebouw staat Torre Mapfre. Torre Mapfre heeft de titel van hoogste helikopterplatform in Spanje op 505 voet boven de grond. In tegenstelling tot zijn tweeling, Hotel Arts Barcelona, is deze toren een gemengd gebruik toren.
