Jerez de los Caballeros es un municipio y localidad española de la provincia de Badajoz, en la comunidad autónoma de Extremadura. Cuenta con una población de 9171 habitantes .Se sitúa en el extremo sudoccidental de la sierra del Sur. Es cabecera y sede de la comarca de Sierra Suroeste y del partido judicial de Jerez de los Caballeros.
