La estación de Acacias-Embajadores constituye un intercambiador de transportes entre las líneas 3 y 5 de Metro de Madrid y la línea C-5 de Cercanías. La gran parte de este intercambiador subterráneo se ubica bajo la Glorieta de Embajadores, y una parte bajo el Paseo de las Acacias . La estación de Metro de Embajadores dispone del servicio de Bibliometro.
Se complementa con varias líneas de autobús urbanas en la superficie. La estación de Acacias se encuentran en el distrito Arganzuela, en el barrio homónimo. La estación de Embajadores está situada entre el barrio homónimo y los barrios de Acacias y Palos de Moguer .
