La gasolinera Goya es un edificio ubicado en la calle Cadena Eleta, enfrente del parque de la Florida, junto a las jardines de la Catedral Nueva de Vitoria .
Se trata de una construcción racionalista de notable desarrollo horizontal que consta de dos plantas. La planta baja, abierta, apeada sobre pilares, presenta una gran marquesina de acceso realizada en hormigón. La planta superior, cerrada, presenta cristaleras con ensamblaje metálico. Remata la construcción balaustrada que recorre el perímetro del edificio.
