Desde la Avenida de Marín, Ourense
To Rúa do Areal, 36519 Lalín, Galicia, España

La penúltima etapa del Caminho Nascente no es muy larga, pero debido a las muchas subidas es bastante difícil. Esto comienza en Ourense, donde hay que subir directamente desde el puente sobre el río Miño. En la primera parte de la etapa se trata de carreteras de tráfico, más tarde también de carreteras secundarias boscosas y caminos sin pavimentar. Finalmente, justo antes de Dozón, se alcanza el punto más alto de la etapa a 850 m.
