Decimotercer viaje al Algarve, de Cáceres a Badajoz. Primero es un paseo montañoso y luego se vuelve plano: 101 km y 646 altímetros.

Los primeros 20 km se conduce por una carretera bastante transitada, luego en carreteras tranquilas. Se obtiene el punto más alto de 475 m inmediatamente al inicio y después de 33 km. Continúa cruzando la región escasamente poblada de Extremadura a través de tranquilas carreteras montañosas. En esta parte media se conduce a través de la hermosa Sieirra de San Pedro. Al final, las carreteras están más ocupadas de nuevo.

Badajoz es una localidad y un municipio de la provincia de Badajoz, Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, España. Badajoz tiene unos 150.000 habitantes y una superficie de 1470 km². La ciudad está cerca de la frontera portuguesa en la orilla izquierda del Guadiana y en la línea ferroviaria Madrid-Lisboa.
