Una mansión construida en 1904 para Jacques Lobstein, fundador de la Grande Brasserie et Malterie Vosgienne. Diseñada por F. Clasquin, la ornamentación está influenciada por el Art Nouveau (esculturas y herrajes). Los motivos están tomados de las plantas esenciales para la fabricación de la cerveza: gavillas de cebada, conos de lúpulo. Las vidrieras de la torreta, creadas por Charles Champigneulle, representan un vuelo de cigüeñas y una niña alsaciana en traje tradicional recogiendo lúpulo, temas que recuerdan los orígenes del propietario que vino a instalarse en los Vosgos tras la guerra de 1870.
