Een herenhuis gebouwd in 1904 voor Jacques Lobstein, oprichter van de Grande Brasserie et Malterie Vosgienne. De ornamentiek, ontworpen door F. Clasquin, is beïnvloed door de Art Nouveau (beelden en ijzerwerk). De motieven zijn ontleend aan de planten die essentieel zijn voor de productie van bier: gerstschoven, hopbellen. De glas-in-loodramen van het torentje, gemaakt door Charles Champigneulle, tonen een vlucht ooievaars en een klein Elzasser meisje in klederdracht dat hop plukt, thema's die herinneren aan de herkomst van de eigenaar die zich na de oorlog van 1870 in de Vogezen kwam vestigen.
