Una mirada a la historia, ¡un castillo viviente!
Situado a 620 metros sobre el nivel del mar, el castillo de Hohlandsbourg ofrece una vista única de 360° de la Selva Negra, la llanura alsaciana y los Vosgos.
Construido por iniciativa de los Habsburgo (siglos XIII-XVII), es un bello ejemplo de arquitectura militar en Alsacia hasta la Guerra de los Treinta Años, cuando cayó en ruinas.
Los altos muros de granito encierran un gran patio dominado al norte por el castillo superior. Un recorrido lúdico e interactivo explica la historia, la organización y la función del castillo, desde su emplazamiento original en la Edad de Bronce hasta nuestros días.
Este sitio estratégico se ha convertido en un lugar para descubrir y disfrutar en familia: visitas autoguiadas o guiadas, exposiciones, talleres interactivos, fiestas de cumpleaños, recreaciones históricas, banquetes medievales, etc.
