El Pollet es un barrio de Dieppe situado en el valle, ubicado en la orilla derecha de la desembocadura del río costero l'Arques que se arroja en el Canal de la Mancha. Es el barrio de los marineros de Dieppe. Sus habitantes son llamados poltais -aises y, tomado en sentido adjetivo, el término denota recetas culinarias a base de pescado.
