Con un rico patrimonio arquitectónico que data del Segundo Imperio que fue acompañada por la creación en 1861 de un jardín Inglés, llamada jardín Darralde (en honor del Dr. Darralde, Inspector de Aguas, quien a través de su investigación, tiene confirmó la reputación de las aguas termales), las plantaciones de árboles más antiguos datan de este período. Algunas especies como Thuja plicata simplemente se habían introducido en Francia. Para ver: cedro, secoya gigante, ciprés de Lawson, arce, tilo, magnolia, castaño de indias, sicomoro, abeto, flores de cerezo en Japón y racimos, sauce llorón, prunus ...
