La Oficina de Turismo del Gran Nancy está idealmente situada en la plaza Stanislas, en un local del siglo XVIII (UNESCO).
Abierta los 7 días de la semana, ofrece asesoramiento sobre alojamiento, venta de entradas y actividades de ocio en Nancy y en toda la región. Tiene a disposición del público una amplia documentación gratuita (folletos, revistas y periódicos culturales).
La oficina de turismo dispone de dos tiendas.
La Arty Shop está dedicada a la artesanía y ofrece una amplia gama de creaciones de artesanos de toda la región del Gran Este.
Una tienda de productos turísticos, desde postales a cosméticos, velas, especialidades dulces de Lorena, libros y textiles..
El Departamento de Grupos organiza visitas y escapadas para grupos previa solicitud.
