Aperto 7 giorni su 7, offre consigli sui luoghi di soggiorno, sulla biglietteria e sulle attività del tempo libero a Nancy e in tutta la regione. Il pubblico ha a disposizione un'ampia documentazione gratuita (opuscoli, riviste e giornali culturali).
L'ufficio turistico dispone di due negozi.
L'Arty Shop è dedicato all'arte e all'artigianato e offre un'ampia gamma di creazioni di artigiani provenienti da tutta la regione del Grand Est.
Un negozio di prodotti turistici, dalle cartoline ai cosmetici, dalle candele alle specialità dolciarie della Lorena, dai libri ai tessuti?
Il Dipartimento Gruppi organizza visite e soggiorni per gruppi su richiesta.
