Dispone de numerosos servicios: agua, electricidad, aseos, duchas, secadores de pelo, punto de Internet en la oficina del puerto, lavadora (con cargo adicional) y secadora (con cargo adicional). Wifi gratuito.
El puerto está vigilado durante el día por la Capitanía Marítima.
También hay un punto de recepción de la Oficina de Turismo de Carcasona en la oficina del capitán del puerto, para ayudarle a sacar el máximo provecho de su estancia.
A 100 metros del puerto, la Bastide Saint-Louis (el centro de la ciudad) ofrece multitud de comercios (bares, restaurantes, tiendas, alimentación, artesanía local, taxis, gasolineras, su mercado local los martes, jueves y sábados...) y animaciones.
