Una de las iglesias más bellas de Labourd, situada en el corazón del pueblo.
La iglesia de San Martín se levantó en el siglo XVII bajo el curato de Axular.
Majestuosa con su torre de cinco pisos, y a sus pies el antiguo cementerio
En el interior, hay tres pisos de galerías de roble tallado con balaustres de madera torneada.
El reloj de sol lleva la inscripción: Oren guziek dute gizona kolpatzen azkenekoak du hobirat egortzen (todas las horas hieren al hombre, la última lo envía a la tumba).
En septiembre de 2003, el campanario se quemó en un incendio, y la nueva campana (la más esculpida de Francia) se inauguró en septiembre de 2005.
