Actualmente es la residencia del subprefecto, y es una de las fundaciones hospitalarias más antiguas de la ciudad
Aunque sus orígenes siguen siendo oscuros, los textos la mencionan por primera vez en 1292, cuando dependía de la comandancia de los templarios de Robécourt
Reconstruida, al menos parcialmente, en el siglo XVI, fue ampliamente remodelada en el siglo XVIII por Hénin Liétard. El ala izquierda y su decoración interior datan probablemente de esta época
El hospital fue vendido como propiedad nacional en 1793 y fue comprado por el departamento en 1823.
