En un antiguo montículo feudal que domina el estanque de Hontanx, la capilla de Saint-Blaise se encuentra junto al castillo de Aon. La presencia de una cabecera de siete lados sugiere que el edificio data del siglo XI o XII. Originalmente, el edificio no tenía capillas laterales ni sacristía.
A diferencia de otras iglesias orientadas al este, hacia Roma y Jerusalén, el edificio está orientado al norte, una originalidad que probablemente se deba a la estrechez del montículo. En el interior, restos de decoraciones pintadas aún adornan las paredes.
Esta capilla está dedicada a San Blas, patrón de los cardadores y trabajadores de la lana.
Tras un cierto abandono del culto, fue utilizado por los agricultores como granero. En la década de 1980 fue restaurado por voluntarios del pueblo. Hoy en día, es un lugar popular de recepción para los huéspedes del Château d'Aon.
