Esta iglesia románica fue construida en el siglo XII, en el emplazamiento de un edificio paleocristiano que quizá sea el santuario cristiano más antiguo de la región. La iglesia de Saint Hilaire de la Combe, declarada Monumento Histórico en 1970, fue completamente restaurada entre 2015 y 2017 y cuenta con una magnífica decoración pintada de varias épocas, desde el siglo XII hasta el XVIII. Las vidrieras contemporáneas son obra de Madame Michiyo Durt-Morimoto, maestra vidriera en Japón. La iglesia, convertida en espacio expositivo y gestionada por la Association des Amis de Curemonte, está abierta al público con acceso gratuito durante las exposiciones de pintura y escultura. La iglesia también se puede visitar durante las visitas en grupo organizadas por la Association des Amis de Curemonte sin coste adicional (06.59.26.73.04)
