La capilla está encaramada en el borde oriental del Camino de la Creuse, a unos 100 metros del cruce con el Camino de la Mexel y el Camino de Bas-Rupts.
Esta pequeña capilla consta de un pórtico dominado por una cruz con la dedicatoria "N-D de la Creuse", luego un coro en un ábside redondeado, cerrado por una puerta.
En el interior, hay un altar con una estatua de la Virgen con el Niño Nuestra Señora de la Creuse.
Al borde del camino hay una pequeña fuente cuya agua se dice que cura las dolencias oculares. Lleva la inscripción: "N.D. de la Creuse à l'Ave du pèlerin sois sensible et l'âme heureuse il poursuivra son chemin".
