La cappella è arroccata sul bordo orientale dello Chemin de la Creuse, a circa 100 metri dall'incrocio con lo Chemin de la Mexel e lo Chemin des Bas-Rupts.
Questa piccola cappella è costituita da un portico dominato da una croce con la dedica "N-D de la Creuse", quindi da un coro in un'abside arrotondata, chiusa da una porta.
All'interno si trova un altare con una statua della Vergine e del Bambino Nostra Signora della Creuse.
Al lato della strada si trova una piccola fontana la cui acqua si dice che curi le malattie degli occhi. Essa reca l'iscrizione: "N.D. de la Creuse à l'Ave du pèlerin sois sensible et l'âme heureuse il poursuivra son chemin".
