Nuestra antigua y sólida casa de piedra ha sido renovada con cuidado y gusto. Dispone de una luminosa y amplia cocina con comedor independiente y un cómodo salón. El jardín, amplio y bien cuidado, ofrece mucha intimidad. Junto a la casa se encuentra la piscina, con una terraza cubierta a un lado y una zona para tomar el sol al otro. Junto a la casa hay un prado donde pueden jugar los niños.
La casa está situada entre Frayssinet-le Gélat y Goujounac. En el primer pueblo, se encuentra el panadero artesano.
