Cervecería atípica. De pequeño tamaño, desde 2007, esta cervecería destaca por su ubicación. Jérôme Gloriot e Isabelle Banfi le dan la bienvenida para presentarle sus cervezas más bien típicas. Los habitantes de Bisont conocen la cerveza Pintadier desde hace 15 años, pero a pesar de su tamaño deliberadamente modesto (200 hectolitros al año), se ha hecho un nombre mucho más allá. Las ventas se realizan directamente, sin publicidad. Sólo el boca a boca. Se puede encontrar en diversos actos organizados por asociaciones locales y se puede degustar en algunos bares de la zona. Si desea comprarlo, debe saber que suele suministrarse en barriles de 30 litros y botellas de 75 cl. Una referencia en el mundo de la elaboración de la cerveza Franc-Comtois.
