Atypische brouwerij. Klein in omvang, sinds 2007, onderscheidt deze brouwerij zich door haar ligging. Jérôme Gloriot en Isabelle Banfi heten u welkom om hun vrij typische bieren te presenteren. De inwoners van Bisont kennen het bier Pintadier al 15 jaar, maar ondanks zijn bewust bescheiden omvang (200 hectoliter per jaar) heeft het ver daarbuiten naam gemaakt. De verkoop geschiedt rechtstreeks, zonder reclame. Alleen mond-tot-mondreclame. Het is te vinden op verschillende evenementen die door plaatselijke verenigingen worden georganiseerd en kan worden geproefd in enkele plaatselijke bars. Als u het wilt kopen, moet u weten dat het vaak wordt geleverd in vaten van 30 liter en flessen van 75 cl. Een referentie in de wereld van het Franc-Comté brouwen.
