El Pigeonnier está integrado en la finca, aunque es más íntimo e independiente. Es un espacio bonito y luminoso bajo el antiguo tejado del pigeonnier. La cocina está totalmente equipada, con lavadora, secadora y microondas. En la primera planta hay dos dormitorios con cama de matrimonio, uno de ellos con una cama individual adicional, un cuarto de baño y un aseo independiente. También hay una zona separada para un adolescente o un niño. Le Pigeonnier también dispone de calefacción central, lo que proporciona comodidad en todas las estaciones.
