En el corazón de Béarn y Vic-Bilh, Michel y Steffan le dan la bienvenida al Restaurant de la Tour, situado en una casa bernesa de finales del siglo XVI. La decoración que combina modernismo y tradición le encantará. Piedras viejas en las paredes, una exposición de muchos artistas contemporáneos y objetos modernos e inusuales le acompañarán durante toda la comida.
El restaurante ofrece una cocina tradicional refinada, basada en productos locales: foie gras pacherenc y cacao, pechuga de pato, miel de pato confitada y especias, sabores orientales, hummus, argán, carnes y pescados tradicionales, postres caseros.... y un menú vegetariano. Disfrute de una cocina colorida y sabrosa que deleitará sus papilas gustativas!
