Situado en el Camino de Santiago, en el Camino de Vézelay, el Pimbo Gourmand propone platos elaborados con productos locales frescos. Los viernes y domingos, las pizzas del Pimbo Gourmand se pueden comer en el restaurante o llevar. Los grupos pueden ser atendidos previa reserva y componer su propio menú. También se organizan regularmente veladas temáticas. En los días soleados, disfrute de la terraza con vistas a los Pirineos.
