De Pimbo Gourmand, gelegen aan de Sint-Jacobsweg, aan de weg van Vézelay, stelt gerechten voor die bereid zijn met verse streekproducten. Op vrijdag en zondag kunnen de pizza's van Pimbo Gourmand zowel binnen als buiten worden gegeten. Groepen kunnen na reservering hun eigen menu samenstellen. Ook worden er regelmatig thema-avonden georganiseerd. Op zonnige dagen kunt u genieten van het terras met uitzicht op de Pyreneeën.
