Al sur de Fléville y Exermont, Apremont cuenta con un cementerio alemán con 1.111 tumbas individuales. Este cementerio, creado en noviembre de 1915 para los caídos en el bosque de Argonne, es el único que conserva una gran parte de sus sepulturas en su estado original. Verás en particular la tumba y la estela del comandante barón Von Müllenheim-Rechberg, comandante del 5º batallón de cazadores, muerto en Haute-Chevauchée el 8 de abril de 1916. En el cementerio se encuentra el monumento al 27º Regimiento Landwher, inscrito en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO en 2023, junto con los lugares conmemorativos de la Primera Guerra Mundial (Frente Occidental)
