El hotel-restaurante Elissaldia está situado entre la iglesia y el ayuntamiento en la plaza del pueblo de Bidart
Abierto todo el año, y regentado por la misma familia desde 1945, el hotel-restaurante Elissaldia esconde un trinquet donde los jóvenes y no tan jóvenes del pueblo acuden a jugar a la pala (una especialidad de Pelota Basque). Este trinquete es uno de los más atípicos del País Vasco.
Tenga en cuenta que debe reservar una franja horaria. ¡Un torneo y franjas horarias de alquiler "todo el año" mantienen vivo este pequeño rincón cada día!
