Construido en 1935 por Léopold Foussard, este edificio patrimonial del siglo XX, catalogado Art Déco, ha sido renovado con el mismo espíritu, pero con el confort añadido. Las principales estructuras de época se han conservado por dentro y por fuera, y sobre todo se ha reformado magníficamente la terraza con vistas a la Isla, ideal cuando se invita a músicos a tocar (y en invierno en el techo acristalado). La fórmula brasserie se mantiene al mediodía, por la noche es un espíritu "bistronomy" más asertivo. Los fieles deben volver.
