Heredera de más de un siglo de saber hacer tradicional, la conservera Lauragais ofrece especialidades regionales elaboradas con productos locales. Se concede gran importancia al origen de los productos. Artesanales por encima de todo, todas las conservas son sin colorantes ni conservantes y mantienen así todo el sabor y la autenticidad de la tierra.
Los cerdos negros de granja se crían en la región de Lauragais y las aves de corral proceden desde hace años de criadores locales. En la tienda encontrará productos frescos, pero también embutidos, conservas y cajas de regalo.
